Built by People Who Understand the Weight of Financial Complexity

Garuda Wealth was founded in Bangkok with one purpose: to create financial education that meets adults where they actually are, not where a textbook assumes they should be.

A Company Founded on Patience and Clarity

Garuda Wealth began in 2017 when a small group of financial educators and adult learning specialists in Bangkok recognized a gap in the local market. Most financial education programs were aimed at young professionals — people building wealth from a clean starting position. But the adults who came to us for advice were often in their forties and fifties, carrying the full complexity of real lives: obligations taken on years ago, transitions they hadn't planned for, and savings practices that had been set aside during difficult periods.

We built our first program around debt management, not because it is glamorous, but because it was the place where most of our early learners needed to start. From that foundation we added savings education and, later, the longer-term recovery program that has become central to our work.

Today, Garuda Wealth serves learners across Bangkok and the surrounding region. Our programs are designed for English-speaking adults who want to understand their own financial situation clearly — and to move forward with a plan that reflects their real circumstances, not an idealized version of them.

Our Mission

To provide adults in Thailand with the financial education they need to understand their situation clearly, make considered decisions, and build stability at any stage of life.

Our Approach

We believe financial understanding grows when learners are met with respect. Every program we build starts from the assumption that the person in front of us has made reasonable decisions with the information they had — and now wants to move forward with better tools.

Our Values

Patience. Clarity. Non-judgment. Contextual honesty about the Thai financial environment. A genuine belief that practical knowledge — delivered calmly — changes lives.

The People Behind the Programs

Our instructors and program designers come from backgrounds in personal finance, adult education, and Thai financial regulation — and each brings a genuine commitment to accessible, judgment-free learning.

Standards That Shape Every Program

From content development to how we handle your personal information, these are the commitments we make and keep.

Data Privacy

Learner information is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We hold data in accordance with Thai PDPA requirements and remove it on request.

Content Accuracy

All financial content is reviewed against current Thai regulatory standards and updated when relevant legislation or product conditions change. We do not allow outdated information to sit unchecked in active programs.

Adult Learning Principles

Our programs are built on established adult education frameworks — including recognition of prior experience, self-directed pacing, and relevance-centered design.

Regulatory Transparency

Garuda Wealth provides education, not financial advice. We are transparent about this distinction and design all programs to support informed personal decision-making — not to direct it.

Learner Feedback Loop

Every program includes a structured feedback process. Learner responses directly inform the next content revision cycle — meaning programs improve with each cohort.

Ongoing Material Review

Programs are reviewed in full each year. Any module where conditions have shifted — in Thai credit markets, interest rate environments, or regulatory guidance — is updated before the next enrollment cycle.

Financial Education Rooted in Thai Household Reality

The financial education landscape in Thailand has historically centered on investment and wealth accumulation — products and language aimed at those with surplus funds to deploy. Garuda Wealth occupies a different part of the conversation: the part that addresses how ordinary households manage real obligations, recover from disruption, and build sustainable habits without specialized financial backgrounds.

Our programs engage directly with the Thai credit environment — the types of consumer lending available, how interest compounds across common product structures, and the realistic mechanics of repayment. Learners finish each module not with abstract principles but with the specific vocabulary and frameworks needed to interpret their own statements and agreements.

This practical orientation reflects our belief that financial literacy at midlife is less about textbook theory and more about confident, clear-eyed engagement with the actual documents, products, and systems that shape household finances in Thailand today.
